When Lauren started working with me for my daughter’s nap schedule, she only would nap in a swing, dock a tot and stroller. This was hands down the best money I spent for my infant. If I could I’d buy a package for every new mom. Lauren was beyond helpful for my 5 month old. He was being rocked for every nap and night sleep since he was born. He never napped more than 30 minutes and woke up at least 3 times each night. Within one week he was taking 1-2 hour naps and sleeping 12 hours a night. Sleep training was so daunting to me and she exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! I was looking for a sleep consultant to help my 22 m/o sleep in a toddler bed. Our daughter, who was 11 months old was waking up every 2-3 hours during the night and had to be fed and rocked back to sleep. Her naps were very short and we often had to put her in her carriage and walk to put her to sleep. My husband and I were exhausted and desperate for sleep. Lauren is such a helpful, encouraging, and accessible sleep consultant!
